Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Flashcard 3D ("we", "our", or "us") collects, stores, and uses your personal information when you use our mobile application ("App").

2. Data We Collect

We collect different types of information depending on how you use the App:

  • Crash Reports & App Performance: We collect data such as device type, operating system, app version, and crash logs to improve stability.
  • User Activity: We collect anonymous usage statistics (e.g., feature usage, time spent, device interactions) to improve user experience and prioritize features.

We do not collect flashcard content created by user. The App provides a feature to export flashcard content as CSV files. You are responsible for the CSV content and how you distribute these files. Flashcard 3D does not access or store any content created or shared via these files.

For dictionary feature, we use Gemini AI to provide translation. Data collection follows Gemini API's policies. The content generated by Gemini AI can be cached for performance improvement. We do not store any personal data from the dictionary feature.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

  • To personalize your experience within the App
  • To provide and maintain core and advanced features that require user authentication
  • To improve app performance and reliability
  • To monitor usage and identify trends or bugs
